    Audi R8 TARGA

    According to Autobild the Targa is planned for 08.

    Would be great IMO, loved the real Porsche Targas, before they turned it into a long sunroof...
    Question is, how do they solve the stiffness issue? does it mean that the R8 chassis, though derived from the Gallardo, is conceived as a Barchetta so that the roof in the fixed top version of the R8 does not have any structural function? or ill they need to make the car much heavier to get it stiffer? what do you guys think?
