Is there a front fascia as well, or is that standard on the Turbo S? Sorry but it's hard to keep up with all of the changes and variants...

Check out 3D version of configurator. All options are there.
There are Sport Design rear fascia ad side skirts for Pana TS, Sport Design front is standard on TS.

There are Sport Design rear fascia ad side skirts for Pana TS, Sport Design front is standard on TS.
There's also a 3rd rear fascia that comes with the "Extended Exterior Package in Black (High Gloss)", which is sort of halfway between the standard all black rear fascia and the all body color Sport Design rear fascia.

It's listed separately (option XUF), but you should follow Kreso's advice and check what all the various options look like in the 3D configurator. For example, you can see there (assuming it's not an error in the configurator, perhaps confirm through Porsche Exclusive) that the "Distinctive SportDesign rear fascia" in the "Extended Exterior Package Painted" is the same as the "SportDesign Rear Fascia" (all body color) but not the same as the "Distinctive SportDesign rear fascia" included in the "Extended Exterior Package in Black (High-Gloss)" (top half body color, bottom half black). (Standard = all black)
Unfortunately for me the configurator will not load past 90% on my build in 3D mode. :(

Actually, with the Panamera Turbo S, the problem of it getting stuck at 90% (on the second pass) is related to having the Burmester Stereo selected in the config. In 2D mode, unselect the Burmester option, go into 3D mode, then, reselect it. Having the Burmester selected when trying to load the Panamera Turbo S in 3D mode will always cause this exact problem of the load freezing at exactly 90%, and only the Burmester option will cause this problem, but it doesn't happen with other models -- for example, it doesn't happen with the Panamera Turbo.
(Trust me, I methodically, using a quasi-binary search approach, spent the time to determine the exact cause of this issue and narrowed it down to the Burmester being necessary and sufficient to cause it. )
The 3D configurator, by the way, does not use Adobe technology, it uses the Unity Web Player. The 2D configurator, on the other hand, does use Adobe Flash.

If you can switch back to 2D, then back to 3D, and it then loads (sometimes, you might have to try it a few times), it's probably either a) a server issue, b) a network issue (including any proxies between you and the server). Although, sometimes, killing off (Using Activity Monitor on OS X, it's relatively easy to locate and kill) the Unity plugin process can correct issues like this -- it's not exactly a bug free piece of software. But, in the case of the Panamera Turbo S, I suspect that there is some corruption in the data associated with the Burmester Stereo that is causing the problem. I haven't seen this exact sort of problem on any other model, although, admittedly, I haven't tried every option on every model in the configurator; for instance, there could be grave danger lurking in the Macan configurator of which I am blissfully unaware.
