    Truth about Tubi

    I have heard from a few different tuners and people that in some cases people actually loss performance & HP with the Tubi system??

    Anybody know if there is any truth to this at all??,,As i am getting really close to starting my mods and exhaust is among the first on my list....

    I have the perfect solution for you, go with the Cargraphics like Jason and I + many others on this forum did. You can't go wrong with CG. Tubi is for italian fufu cars

    I was told by Tubi themselves that the 997TTs they have fitted here in the UK with exhaust and dyno'ed gave between 8-28bhp. I said that was very inconsistent results, to which they replied Tubi is more about sound than power.

    There's a lot of variability in a chassis dyno, I wouldn't base jack on that. Bottom line get the best sounding exhaust, for me the Tubi is superior. If you are really interested in max power, you need to be running straight pipes and no cats anyway.
