Picked Up My Car Last Saturday
It seemed like the day would never come but it did last Saturday and I became the proud owner of my first brand new Porsche 997 Carrera S. First impressions:
On the Positive Side:
The -20mm and short shift both of which I chose without testing are great options. The ride is firm but not to the point that it is uncomfortable. It really provides so much feedback that you really feel one with the car.
Negative:
There was a blemish in the paintwork on the rear bumper which had to be polished out. Also more worrying the PCM has eaten a CD and won't eject it. Been back to my dealer and they are going to replace the PCM.
