How the hell this guy menage to do this!

Combination of cold tires and driver inexperience. This type of accident is more common than one would imagine.

I know its net think to instantly blame the driver in any exotic car crash, but I wouldn't judge the driver too quickly.
It may have been the Lamborghinis fault. They are not unknown for steering rack and half shaft bolts coming loose and for oil lines near the rear wheels suddenly leaking oil or for their TC to suddenly go crazy. Diablos are not immune from sudden mechanical disaster.
I personally know of one new 2012 Gallardo that was delivered with all of its half shaft bolts loose. If the owner had not been a very detail minded mechanical engineer who physically checked the car before driving it away from the dealer he could have been killed very soon.
Here is one mans Lamborghini nightmare: http://www.lambounfall.de/lamborghini-murcielago-crash.html

I would carefully re-watch the video as control was lost when the throttle was quickly depressed. This is not a new Lamborghini so any mechanical issues that could theoretically cause this type of crash are resultant from maintenance and repair issues, not the fault of Lamborghini.
One also doubts that Lamborghini, with a quality control system developed by Audi, would have shipped a car with loose half shaft bolts. All torque wrenches on the assembly line are monitored and the torque values are stored. If loose bolts were present at the time of delivery it suggests that work was performed on that vehicle by dealer prior to delivery.

Sorry for busting the Audi owned quality myth but it's all true. You can opine all you want, infer all you wish, but none the less its all true. They did attempt to unwittingly deliver that guy a dangerous car. I can name the dealership and the owner if you want to call them.
On that Japanese guys Diablo, no one here has inspected it have they? It could have been a combination of factors, we don't know. Does Lamborghini have a record for sudden failures with TC, throttle electrics, steering and other areas. Yes. Was this accident Lamborghinis fault? Some of it maybe if the TC system design is dodgy. Some Diablos had 4 different TC settings that were problematic and have caused Diablos to suddenly pivot off course. Its happened. That is not drivers error or dealers error, it is a design error that and can occur randomly.

He should not have relieved the throttle . It s a very commun mistake for 'amateur' drivers . The reflex is to lift when you feel the back going . But he should of stayed on the throttle and just correct with the steering .
+1
I remember the orange BMW M3 GTS that slightly overcooked it on the wet tarmac coming out of Pflanzgarten and up the double apex right-hander. Your brother was standing next to me whispering "stay on it, stay on it, stay on it...". The driver did stay on the throttle and slid through the curve like an olympic ice skater. More novice drivers would have lifted and it would surely have ended in tears... This time it ended in an applause!
I managed to catch it although it is a bit blurred

Can not agree more with the driver input error replies for not lifting off the throttle. Drop throttle oversteer is a classic example of driver error.
