Hey, I have an idea!

Let's make racing even less appealing to some manufacturers and or teams. What the hell is the ACO thinking in a time when they need to attract new entrants? Why would any serious team spend the time and money when the rules are always changing in a way that slows the cars down and drags the level of technology.  If this is true, then it makes absolutely no sense when the diesel cars have held such an advantage and years later very little has been done. Perhaps I'm missing something?
