    When it goes on sale if GM survives that long, it will be one of the best looking cars regardless of price or nameplate. A good job.

    I have to admit, other than the Corvette, this car will be really cool.  Too bad it will start with cheap ass models that will ruin the line. :)

    I've seen this car last week in Las Vegas live. Have to say its a very very nice and rocking looking car. Only complain is the interior materials which dont match the high design quality.  In Summary an stunning looking muscle car IMO

    WHAT A STEAL.  31k for top of line Camaro SS with 400+ hp/tq

    General Motors has finally announced pricing for the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, both in V6-equipped LS trim and the V8-powered SS model. The sticker for the LS will start at $22,995, while the SS commands $30,995. Both prices include the $750 destination charge and you can officially order yours today, October 13th.

    Production begins mid-February at GM's Oshawa, Ontario facility and dealerships should begin taking deliveries soon afterwards.

     Buyers who opt for the big-boy SS equipped with the six-speed TR6060 manual transmission get to play with 422 hp and 408 lb.-ft. of torque courtesy of the 6.2-liter LS3 V8, while six-speed automatic buyers will have to make do the 400 hp and 395 lb.-ft. of twist culled from the L99 V8.

    All models benefit from a 4.5-link independent rear suspension, four wheel disc brakes (Brembos on the SS), StabiliTrak traction control, 18-, 19- or 20-inch wheels, RS appearance package (available on the LT and SS), which includes HID headlamps with "halo" rings, spoiler, restyled taillamps and 20-inch wheels. Bluetooth, remote start, USB connectivity, OnStar and XM Satellite Radio are all available, and ten colors are available on all models.

    $31k? I wouldn't buy one myself but thats amazing for the buck for 400HP, independant suspensions, and all the creature conforts.

    Too bad it weighs 3,900 lbs (1770kg) for a coupe.  That and its 20" wheels and tires means it would cost a fortune to run at a track (expensive brake parts too)...

    (BTW, I just edited my above post because I just re-read it and saw that I forgot the "n't" on would. I meant to say that "I wouldn't buy this car myself but its a good bang for the buck".)

    It's not that strange here in America ;)  10 days ago, I was at a track event with a totally race prepared AMC Gremlin (don't know if you ever had those in Spain).

    No AMC Gremlins in Europe that I know of, but I have seen it in the states... why? why race-prep and use that thing for the track? SmileySmiley

    Camaro is just tooooo nice.  Other than the 997.1 and .2 its the only car that I truly covet that I know I can afford.

    At 30k + its a no brainer, makes the mustang irrelevant.  The only problem is GMAC itslelf.

    Love the way the Camaro looks. My very first car was a 1974 Camaro that had 104k miles when I bought it. Couldn't help but always admire the 1969. So now that the new car's styling is 69 Camaro I'm thinking of how I can justify the purchase. Let's see my son will be driving in a few years so maybe I should buy one so that I can drive it around first & give it a proper break in procedure & also that way he's not spoiled w/ a brand new car?????????Nope, not a good enough excuse but I'm not giving up just yet.
