apias:So, has he added pig thyroid to the pig ears?
Yup. Good old pigs bring alot to happiness and health Besides thyroid, Sky's med.s include: BCAA for muscle building, Gabepentin, Methylprednilosone and Tramadol. Much less than his Daddy takes daily
Sky's got much less pain so not taking much; his water therapy with the baby seals has worked
watt:His Royal Cuteness is 90 years old in human time -- and rolling out past his marker stick, his arthritis having healed somewhat with Dr Dean fixing his thyroid.
God Bless You Sky

Gnil:Are you getting rid of your two friends or are you just storing them until next visit ?
They are moving on.
Madame really liked the MT, it is fast on the sealed and metal. The GT3 is just stunning, but quite unlike me, I would not run it on metal - just too valuable to risk stone damage - which limits its use here. Also, it's tough to get out of fourth and over 200 kmph here. If you go down at say 200 kmph, they confiscate your car. Better stateside, where the last remaining freedoms are: speeding and cheap sports cars
The GT4 is coming next [with the next GT3.2 and RS.2 on order]. And most likely a FF RR.... Cayenne diesel S cheaper and may depreciate less, but in this country the sensible [not me] combo would really be a FF RR for all around use-ability and an SVR or a Macan turbo, if it was built to Porsche standards: better brakes, smoother steering, finer interior, better cornering, full size spare, with GT cars third on the list.....Although a turbo or 4wd carrera would also do nicely
I think you summed it up pretty much perfectly Watt on the car front for anywhere outside of a NZ city/town. Bon voyage to yourself and Wendy. Im sure it will also be nice to be home with the "kids"...

Watt, nice cars to look forward to And I hope you can enjoy the next GT.. on friendlier roads . These cars are getting so fast it is indeed difficult to be able to enjoy them outside of a track .
How do you manage to flick the cars so often ? You just take the hit ? Or do you manage to get some trading deal right at the beginning when you buy them as they know you will buy every single cars that come out ?

Sun has always been a flipper..... Pretty hard to lose anything in GT cars these days, demand is so strong. Since he's a power hitter at the dealer, ordering 4 cars per year and roundtripping them, the dealer has 8 opportunities to make $, and takes a 20 year view on the value of Sun as a customer...... and works tight.
Even the MT being quite rare here, with a giant Chinese aspiring Porsche audience holds value.
However -- Stateside over the last 40 years, Sun has tossed a lotta dough in the trash can flipping but we still love him!
He says hello from Heaven to all his Rennteam friends!! Transmission from God a little spotty today.

My GT3 is the closest thing I have to a DD now and it does everything I need of it but I must admit taking it that far off road isn't what springs to my mind as its strengths. Looks like you and Sky had a lot of fun in it though
It's kind of wasted anywhere outside of a track IMO. From what I've seen on the GT4, that is probably more fun on a public road.

i think you're right the GT4 will be a great DD, road car and metal road car like Sun's turbo s. He went every where in that rig, 100's of miles of dirt way in Utah and Wyoming and hammer runs on the freeway at 135 mph + What a stud that guy was

C'mon...did you really have to make me that sad today...?
I never met Sun but I feel so much sadness and joy at the same time in my heart, this is quite weird. I cannot say however that this photo and your post made me happy today. I kind of started to miss him, without even really knowing/meeting him. Which makes me even more sad because judging by your stories and the photos you kindly shared with us, he was a great pal.

Thanks RC,
Well said.
He's not really under here, he goes with us everywhere, as do Surf, Sandy, Spike Jr, Star and Storm. Wendy put a heart stone on his grave today. For us dogs are the spirit, our connection with the way, the truth and the life; it's catching isn't?
He loves his Rennteam friends, and is working on the book you suggested, to capture that spirit, and "the light".
