    GT 3 Order Guide--Wheels

    The order guide I received listed an option for "wheels in body color" but no option for "wheels" in color other than standard titanium finish or to match body color.

    I'm strongly considering ordering mine in Carara White with "black" wheels--it would be easy if the car were black but when the car is white instead, can this be done and if so, how do you tell the dealer to code it?

    Good point... The factory painted wheels look a little odd (to me) in black because they do not paint the whole wheel (and it will be a high gloss finish). You may be better off sending them to Wheel Enhancement in SoCal. The end result will be much better, IMO.

    That's a crazy price for paint. I would buy a second pair of wheels already painted black and sell the originals (or keep them for the track). Carnewal will have the black wheels at a reasonable price...

    Thanks for catch!! It does seem a bit excessive for paint but then it IS "Porsche Marketing"
