    Started New Years with a big bang

    Well started the NY with a bang. Came to a stop sign stopped and proceeded straight when bang! I was clipped at my right rear tailight spun me 360 over a curb and was facing south when I stopped, basically at the stop sign opposite of me beginning of the accident.

    Anyone have any idea what insurance is going to say

    In the Netherlands,
    A car coming from behind is (almost) always guilty. So when in a chain-collision, you pay for the damage on the car in front of you, and the car behind you pays for the damage on your car...
