New problems! Vibration caused by fracture in discs!
Took my car to the dealer last weekend, they started working on the car 2 days ago. they found a line in the front brake discs, they wanted to charge me for new discs! keep in mind the car has only been driven for 7000Kms. i told them i have never been in a hard brake situation and i said just look on the odometer as far as usage!. they managed to resurface the discs but supposedly today they called me and said there is still some problem with the vibration that they are trying to solve. its normal operating procedure at the dealership to say oh you got 20 inch rims so vibration is normal porsche spec!!! im getting sick of thier replies, im thinking of writing to the regional porsche representative regarding the vibration. i mean they tell you cant put anything thats not porsche spec on the car since it will void warranty on that particular part, now please explain is the 20inch sport design rims made by porsche not a porsche part?
