You had told me which full fat RR wheel size [20?] was best for mud/snow wrangler type selection I think it was 20 275/55, but tire rack shows 2015 RR as 20 255/20 and no selection, and says 275 wont fit and the rating is too low to mount it anyway. Please remind me which size was best to get a tougher tyre vs. rock damage than all seasons

Note that any tire dealer uses only "officially recommended" sizes - the 275-55-20 would therefore not show up as it is almost 1" oversize. Land Rover builds in lots of wheel well clearance so there is a history of owners running larger wheel diameters to improve offroad protection and a bit higher ride height; of course speedo will be off a bit.

Thank you 4trac. Those cooper ATPs do sound good!!! If 275/55/20 fit RRS they should fit RR. The Pirelli ATR is likely to be available in NZ.
I also seem to recall that in ROW, LR offers an all terrain as a stock choice you can order..... I will report when I speak to the Auckland dealer in July, as I'm not sure NZ was included or if I was compos mentis when I processed this idea.
