    Clicking noise from techart springs

    After installing my techart springs I hear this clicking sound and can feel the steering kinda shift a bit.

    Only happens when I'm going slow like in parking lots or whatever not at high speeds.

    any idea if this is normal?

    Maybe for the first few miles as the new suspension settles and all the components rebed, but after that, clicking and loose play is not normal in any car.

    Clicking means something is binding and then suddenly coming aloose and slamming into another piece - bad.

    Loose play "feel" in steering is no good either.

    I would check the suspension and make sure your struts towers are aligned and torqued properly. Then I'd check to see if everything is level.

    Had exactly the same. Its probably the top mounts (where the top of the spring sits) that is not stable. Your mechanic has the properly aligb spring to these and it stops then.
