My conclusion: Cayman-sales have been healthy during the last FY (if I recall correctly PAG budgeted some 10k units or so p.a.), but this happened at the expense of Boxster sales. Overall it still should be a plus for the 987 platform in its entirety with better margins (due to the Coupé's price premium).
BTW exactly what I expected when the Cayman was launched: my speculation at that time was that the Cayman would not cannibalize 911-sales but would be the better mid-engine P-option in regions, where a Cab doesn't make too much sense.
Now it seems that the Cayman is even outselling the Boxster
