    Magnificent video, thanks for sharing! So much better than the videos that Top Gear etc put out where the wonderful engine sounds are drowned out by music soundtrack. Smiley  Smiley

    I have been giving some nice seat time in the California. It is a fantastic car, seats four. hard top convertible, fantastic sound and gearbox. Amazing inside design and execution. I have driven the 997 GT3 and it come nowhere close in terms of fun on the road...No porsche today does IMHO, especially in the US where you can't drive above 80mph

    I think it's unfair to compare Porsche to Ferrari, even more, compare the California to a GT3. Porsche is considered as supercar whereas Ferrari exotic. Now if you had to compare them, the California vs the 911 cab and the GT3 vs the Scud would be more fair. I own a 997 as a daily drive but there' something magical happening each time I'm behind the wheel of the Ferrari :)

    What you describe is the typical "wife vs. mistress syndrome" that afflicts middle aged men but also younger ones.
