    US: Post Delivery Sales Surveys ??

    After delivery of a Porsche in the US, Does Porsche have the customer fill out any customer satisfaction Surveys? What about survey's like JD Power?
    What (if any) kind of weight does Porsche put on these surveys regarding customer satisfaction about the dealer, the car, and the sales person?

    Yes they will. I picked up my '05 on March 9 and about a week later I had a call regarding customer satisfaction. They asked a series of questions about the dealership, salesman, condition of the business, condition of car upon delivery, etc. It took about 5 minutes. You will also receive a post card in the mail that gives you a website address that you can go to to fill out the survey. Hope this helps!

    How would an negative customer survey affect the dealership, salesman, etc?

    I'm not sure. I would imagine that PCNA would not be too happy and they would deal with the dealer. I had a very positive experience with my dealer!

    My JD Powers survey came in the mail about three months after delivery of the car.
