regarding cayenne s, the suspension is nice and firm but definitely not enough passing power for two lane, although we slashed plenty of freeway left lane losers running up and back.... if we'd been running > 100 mph it would have been very slow... the pano roof gives an open feel but is useless for catching rays because the bar above the drivers head is too wide. i'm a cab guy and so is Sun... a fitting 4 college boys and Sun in was tight! its a good size for a couple with one dog to road run with luggage but too small for schlepping stuff.
Sun is back on the trail! After xrays and blood tests, the Vet thinks he just overcooked it after his big hike Saturday by hangin' with the frat boyz instead of sleeping like usual...
And all that spoiling with steaks, chicken and hotdogs led to 5 pounds of chub... now he's old it doesnt burn off, but he's up and rolling!!!! Less spoiling for a while

Joe,
he's feeling so good he is finalizing his new rig for New zealand!, 2014 delivery:
GT3
rhodium silver, silver wheels
sports buckets
100 litre fuel tank
cdr plus
smoking package
dunlop tyres
sun is going to love that rig, even though he's a cab guy. Great to hear the gear ratios are much closer!

Smoker pack is great for plugging in your valentine...
Im waiting for a strad but what is a reasonable price? Theyre too hot, for relative performance
Yeah, I looked at one 2 years ago that had 3000 miles on it and asking was $130. Prices in NZ are insane. It's a nice car but it's not a GTO. I bet you'll be able to buy a Scud for less than a CS in a couple of years.

Is the optional larger tank available on RHD cars?
It wasn't on the 996 and 997 generations?

Congrats on the GT3 , Sun will for sure appreciate the sound !!
Thanks Gnil,
he figures he might as well go out at 9000 rpm shreiking through the gears, this gt3 sounds a fantastic car, with lower gearset finally! Ive been waiting.
Sun opted just for the bucket seats and not the club sport package, so we can fit our luggage in back. He will be there at least in spirit.

RHD low mile strads are 140k british pounds! Thats already more than a scud in usa..... It would be nice to finally own a non usa pollution emasculated strad but too pricy.

If it's any consolation, current state-of-the-art engine management systems mean that emissions laws can be complied with without emasculating engines, and Euro and USA spec engine control maps just differ in nuances.
