What a nice dealership
This is shocking when I was trying to pick up the car this morning sharp at 815.
This is only the beginning:
The diver side door is scratched and very noticeable. Re-painting a Porsche is always a very last option anyone will take. But this time, the paint came off and I can see the metal at the edge of the door.
The assistant manager said he will take care of it. Not good at all. One word - shocking.
I understand that when I sent the car in, it is not cleaned. But when I saw it this morning, it is the dirtiest Porsche I've ever seen. All muddy and leaves and completely wet on the SOFT top. I never let my car sit outdoor overnight, but seems like they let it sit under the trees for a week and raining hard the last few days.
Shouldn't they are professional in terms of taking care of Porsche? You leave a hard top sit outside for a while is not good, but they let a soft top sitting under trees for days? Don't they know this will damage the coating on the soft top and shorten its life?
The interior is much dirtier than when I dropped it off.
This is not the end of it, the things needed to be fixed, NOTHING DONE RIGHT.......
All the squeaks I reported, they said "Working to Factory Spec".
Timely Manner to finish the car:
None. After a week, it's still not done.
Quality of Job:
Crabby. It seems nothing is done correctly and no communication with me at all.
Basic Service:
None. The rental I have is full of Dog's hair when I 1st got in.
Car is washed? No
It is worst than when I dropped it off. Both outside and inside.
Basic skills of take care of Porsche:
None. Car is scratched and was sitting outdoor under trees with heavy raining for a week.
