    Guards Red 997TT with Ocean Blue Interior

    Bored of black and beige interiors. How do you think the ocean blue interior will look with the red exterior? Does anyone have any pics??

    I'll add red seatbelts, red rear console and some carbon fiber.

    Need your 2 cents, thanks

    I don't think guards red would go at all with ocean blue. I like both colours, but not together.

    Wow. I don't mean to be mean but, to me, that sounds like one ugly car. What about guards red with a cocoa interior? I've never actually seen it, but as an artist, I'm thinking the guards red with the cocoa might be a very nice combination. The cocoa is neutral but, has a fair amount of red in it. Without committing to a red interior that will not come close to the richness of the exterior, you would still have something very unique and yet more universal than the red/blue combination. I think the red and blue might be very garish. There's one opinion.

    So, it's either between beige or black. And maybe cocoa as suggested or even grey

    So many options for this car I'm getting dizzy

    I had a Red C4 coupe with beige interior and it looked great.

    Your dealership will ask you to put down a huge non-refundable deposit, IF they even agree to put in that spec. No one want to end up with what is known in the industry as a "Freak" car.

    I think red interior looks ok on a blue car but not vice versa...

    If you are Superman then it should be ok, otherwise you better take red/black.

    Anyway I would never take the blue interior, dont know but never liked it.

    These are pics of the latest dutch autovisie. It seems like guards red with black or dark grey, with red seatbelts... it looks awesome! Personally, I think both black or sand beige look awesome, but black loos better with red accents like stitching and seatbelts. Good luck choosing!

    I saw yesterday a red one with beige interior. It looked fanstastic.

    But red with blue????

    OK great. I'll go with the black interior with CF package and steering wheel. What red touches do you think will look nice? red stitching, red seatbelts, red sport seats backs, or red rear center console?

    SOME red stitchin (not all of it, I think you can specify where to do the deviated stitching and where not to) and the red seatbelts. Red Brake calipers, also if pccb's. The rest is very soon over the top I think...

    This is what I might go with. I think I'll change the red console to CF, but I love the red seatbelts and seatbacks

    IMO the seat backs in read could be too much. The center console in exterior color and the seat belts in red would look good. Here's the interior of my '05 996tts in cobalt blue with cf to get an idea.

    I wouldn't combine blue seats with guards red.

    If you don't want neither classical black nor elegant brown/beige/tan, I would choose a dark red for the interior (actually I wouldn't do it myself ).

    red with blue - not cool - BUT, it is a very popular combination in Japan.

    White is the most popular colour here for a car and I see many white exterior / blue interior looks very nice and is kind of cooling on a sunny hot day!!!

    If you must have blue interior artic silver works

    Also, in Tokyo, white, beige and brown tops on boxsters and 997's is really popular - sounds disgusting but looks cool in the flesh!

    You can't beat the time old classic or black and sand - my car feels so much more roomy than my mates black interior car!

    ah!!! sorry for the massive shot! No idea how to make it smaller! But, at least you can see it still looks good after one year of ownership and 15,000km. Notice my 6 inch display for my navigation. It does just about everything, blue tooth, ipod, 40 GB hard drive to store music - got 80 CD's on it so far, hands free phone, DVD, internet, e-mail, PC slot card, mini disc, the list is endless and the price was USD 4500.00 - and built in radar detection!

    Could you please post more pics of your navigation system? I am very interested in getting one for my C4S. I assume it is an aftermarket unit. The OEM unit is relatively ancient. Many thanks!

    There are a whole bunch of cool things you can do with the Navigation. There is no way anybody would buy the PCM in JP. Way way out of date.

    I have all the optional extra's except the rear view camera - its pretty neat but needs a little camera above the rear number plate - its hardly visible to anyone - except me : )

    Ocean is much lighter and brighter than on the configurator, almost baby blue.
