    Converting right hand drive Bi-Xenon lights to left handed

    I'm taking my right-hand drive (UK) Boxster to Europe for a grand road tour next week. Normally, you'd need a conversion kit for the headlights to make them suitable for left-hand drive roads....

    But I have Bi-Xenon headlights. Am I correct in thinking that there is a special switch on each module to flick which alters the beam?

    I don't have access to my User Handbook at the moment.
    Anyone who has done this, any advice, or even a PDF of the Handbook would be much appreciated...

    (Are spare bulbs required, I wonder?)

    Yes, I'm sure there's a switch. Handbook in the car, so can look it up tomorrow if no-one beats me to it. (And I actually remember!) Have a great trip!

    You have to remove the headlight unit first....

    then....(note that even the standard non-xenon lights can be altered for left hand drive).

    You are way too efficient DC. Have you run out of ferries to fix or something?

    No. Three refits and two emergency dockings completed, one additional refit to go in ten days time.
