temm:
Wanna trade in your wifes M3 cab Christian, this car has all the torque you'll ever need (540 nm)
I hope my wife can afford a 991 Carrera S Cabriolet in two years.
We always need to have one Porsche in our garage, some sort of family tradition.
So I guess the only BMW in our family will be the X5 M, the M3 Cab is going back to the dealer as soon as the lease ends in two years.
I've never been too fond of Alpina. They provide good quality (no wonder, Alpina is BMW's "house tuner" as we say here, they have very close ties to BMW due to development work for them) and the prices aren't too bad either but I don't know, not really my type of car. Buchloe is only 35 km away from my home, so this wouldn't be a real problem.
I'm also not too much of a friend of a rear spoiler lip and those Alpina stickers (which of course can be deleted/removed) but most important: the car doesn't have DKG and I really started to appreciate it on my wife's M3 Cab. Last but not least, the M3 engine/exhaust sound is one of a kind among current sports coupes, only the Mercedes C63 AMG sounds better. Many arguments against the Alpina I'm afraid but the performance is definetely better on the Alpina Cab.
