Red Carrera GT in Estoril blew the engine and got in flames.
Some days ago I posted some pictures of a red Carrera GT testing in Estoril circuit. Well, this weekend Portugal Porsche Club made his last event of the year on Estoril circuit with more than 60 Porsche cars. It was fantastic and I was able to drive all afternoon with my car 
. get the chance to make one lap with a factory professional driver that was inveted for the event in a 996 Turbo, that was fun too. Car is glue to the tarmac.
Than I found a friend of mine that i didnt see for long time, and he's working pemanetely on Estotil circuit. Guess what he told me
Porsche have taken two cars for a 10 days test there. A red and a black Carrera GT. On the last testing day, the red car engine blew and than got in flames. The rear part of the car was completely destroid and burned. Another thing he told me, was that the black car was much faster during the tests and had a different engine or exhaust sound. I've asked how could he tell the difference between the two, and he told me that the black car was clearly faster on the main straight and also coming out of the turns. The engine sound was similar to an F1 car, and the red car had a slightly different note.
