Sorry but I don't like that combination at all. Atlas is a great color.....very dark grey with a hint of blue. Cocoa
(IMO) does not match at all.
Figure out which you like best.....the Atlas exterior or the Cocoa interior and then find a color that matches your choice better.
Atlas would go well with Black, Stone Grey, Sea Blue
Cocoa goes well with Silver, Midnight/Lapis blue, Red, Yellow, Teal, White, etc.

You're not the first to ask this question - but I can't remember whether it was on this board or not.
As you can see by the replies above it's definitely not a normal combination, but it might work. Only way to get an idea, without actually buying a car, is to get down the dealers and try some samples together - hopefully they'd be able to point you in the direction of an Atlas coloured car (996, 986 even, or one that's come in for service) and allow you to put the large leather swatches the dealers hold up next to it.
Both the Atlas metallic finish and the cocoa leather are very light dependent so make sure you try the combinations under different lighting conditions - this from a man who originally ordered Cobalt blue having seen it at the show but then changed his mind having seen it in daylight.
Let us know how you get on....

I've just looked at the Italian configurator and you are quite correct. You can have a cocoa soft top. This option isn't available in the UK. Having configured a car online in your scheme of atlas/cocoa/cocoa I would have to say that I would not choose it but colour is a very personal taste and you should have whatever makes you happy. I would go for a grey hood with one of the grey metallics if going for the cocoa interior. It makes the exterior less of a strong contrast when the roof is up.

That's not seal but GT-silver with cocoa and that really is a superb combo... But very expensive..
