Leawood911:Whoopsy:Not sure why the police didn't go and arrest Brooks already for illegal racing on public road.
All his videos are incriminating evidences.
He is setting a bad example for people to follow.
Get off my yard! Crazy kids.
Most of the time he points out he is doing this ‘out of the country’.
It takes a bit more evidence than the videos but you are not wrong.
Haha, 'foreign countries' near Florida are all across oceans
On the other hand, Florida highways are all very distinctive and easy to spot, long straight flat with those tropical trees surrounding them.

They excel in mountain roads, and on those, one doesn't need to be exceeding the speed limit much, if at all, and be very enjoyable.
Straight line pulls are boring, given a long enough road, any car can go really really fast and even a monkey can be taught to go fast in a straight line.
Whoopsy:nberry:Nick, if you're going to follow the speed limit on mountain roads, a Miata and better yet a Boxster would be more than enough.
On the roads I drive, a Miata can't hold the speed limit on some turns

CGX car nut:Fire from the exhaust tips is good. Fire from the battery pack, not so good.
Yep, li (when it is not fully discharged - to 0 volts) and oxygen make some very fast reactions with a vast amount of energy being exposed. Nothing can stop such a reaction, even co2 fire extinguisher

nberry:Nick, a Miata with a performance package may surprise you. The Boxster is fabulous for mountain roads.
So is my Z4 M40i, fun car on mountain roads, even slippery ones. Traction is insane on this car, I am really surprised. Boxster is probably less challenging though, has the better (firmer) chassis, there is a little bit of movement in the Z4 chassis and the go-kart feel is stronger in the Boxster.
