    Best Service Dept in LA??? (SoCal thread)

    There are 4 service depts within 15 miles of me...Beverly Hills, Downtown, Autogallery, Rusnik Pasadena. Could you give me some recommendations as to knowledge/customer service. What I'm not looking for is the Beverly Hills Mercedes 'Experience' where frankly they should just barcode your ass and shout next!! It has a real production line feel along with some really sleazy service 'advisors'

    BH is the best of the bunch you listed. call Eric Patino, he is assitant servive manager. he is good. get your car taken care of by Charly, the shop foreman, he is the man!
