fritz is right, 350 mm. I think it was 5000 Euro per disc last time I asked BUT: if the used discs which have to be exchanged aren't seriously damaged, I heard that they can be "refurbished" (don't ask me how it works) and you get "exchange" discs which are less expensive. I don't have a precise price figure though. I suppose it won't be different with Ferrari (at least I hope so) since the manufacturer of the ceramic brake is the same (Brembo + SGL Carbon).

not sure, but i believe they are the same brakes from the enzo!
CCM at the F430 are the same as in case of the Challenge Stradale: 380 x 34 front, 350 x 34 rear. 6 pistons in front and 4 pistons rear as you said. Enzo has also 6 piston calipers front and 4 piston calipers rear, but uses 380 diameter brake discs all around. Handling GTC package for the 575 offers 398 diameter discs all around.

I was sure that F430 brakes was bigger than 350mm. If you see the front brakes in the 19 inch wheel, are really big..
I cant believe that a car with 380mm carbon disks with 6 pistons calipers will have a problem in brakes though...
Something more. As I used to have Gt3 the price for the carbon brakes (i had asked before 2 years was about 15.000euros. The problem is that models of Gt3 2001 wasnt easy for mechanics to fit the PCCB so Porsche wanted to many money for this work.
On the other hand now on 997s the ceramic brakes which are 350mm 6 pistons in front and 330mm 4 pistons back cost only
7830 euros in Germany. (as en extra when you order a new car)

AFAIK the PCCB of the 997 has 350 mm discs all around. For all who want to know, at the 997 Carrera, standard steel brakes are 318x28 front and 299x24, at the Carrera S they are 330x34 and 330x28 respectively.
Size of the front discs of the F430 are often said to be 360mm only, there even was a misprint in Ferrari's official statement during F430 presentation. But I made sure they are the same as at the CS (380mm).

350mm diameter x 34mm thick front, 350mm diameter x 28mm rear.Re pricing: Keep in mind that speccing carbon brakes on a new car means you only see the price DIFFERENCE between carbon and cast iron brakes.
Retrofitting carbon brakes to an existing car means that you have to buy the whole kit of parts new, including new disks, calipers, brake pads, plus labor for installation. The latter will obviously have to cost a lot more.

Retrofitting the PCCB at a Porsche costs about twice as much
, something like 13k EUR, which makes it as expensive as Ferrari's CCM from the beginning...

Ferrari covers your car at the track unlike Porsche. but also, there are NO confirmed reports of rotor damage, but the highest track mileage strad i know of has ONLY 5000 track miles at Spa:
5 sets of tyres and 4 brakepads consumed but rotors are fine
i drive fast but the CS handles so well i use much less brakes on mountian roads than i did in the gt2's.. my pads were 6% worn at 5k miles, only 2 track days
