    Yes, it's a nice sports car - unfortunately not US-legal, and if some reports are true, vastly over-priced (115,000 Euros).

    Sounds like a track only vehicle, because that engine is way too high sprung for daily use. Excellent track vehicle though, if overpriced.

    The engine is very similar to the one in the regular M3 - I wouldn't think the engine would disqualify it as a nice street car.

    Is there truth to the rumor that M3 engines start to lose a few hp once they get into the 40k range? This is well into the life of the car, but I suspect that the CSL version will exhibit this habit even earlier.

    Thanks - so it's 50% more than M3. That's quite expensive (about $80k in the USA, if it were US-legal). Seems as though the GT3 is a better value
