Structure and body all perfect, as you'd expect for a car having lived in the south of Europe (no salt). However the engine had some misfires, gearbox a bit slow, engine mounts tired, ...So the decision was taken to essentially throw the kitchen sink at it, and have it restored to factory fresh condition. This work is taking place now, I have shitload of photos of the work being carried out if some are interested. Looking forward to the result when all is done.

Who is carrying out the engine work, you know Vaeth specialise in this sort of stuff ?
The engine luckily doesn't need work, mileage is relatively low and runs good. It's just the wiring and the computer (?) that needed to be refreshed. Then there's suspension, engine mounts, gearbox, catalyst, filters, fuel lines, ...
