As far as I know it should be possible for an italian dealer to organize a factory delivery. If your dealer doesn't know, call Porsche in Stuttgart (better make your dealer call them). Factory delivery is a great thing and lots of fun because it also includes a factory visit. Usually there are a lot of nice things to see around too, highly recommended.

nice choice of colors-- a great car. i like the carbon trim very much (IMO carbon door sills are a must have)!
like RC I very much recommend porsche's factory deliviery progamme. it's great to see where "your" porsche has been manufactured (and the turbo is 100% zuffenhausen-made, not like some boxsters where the chassis comes from finland or the upcoming cayenne from bratislava). also they offer an elegant dinner. anyone who is privileged to buy a new porsche should take this oppertunity!
