Whoopsy:That's the most boring shade ever created by human. Silver is not even a color.
I totally agree! Yet, $hit loads of cars (in Europe) are ordered in that color because its easy for maintenance and repair. Graphite grey is much more classy, and very easy for maintenance.

I totally agree! Yet, $hit loads of cars (in Europe) are ordered in that color because its easy for maintenance and repair. Graphite grey is much more classy, and very easy for maintenance.
In high school I worked summers at a body and fender shop. Silver is actually one of the hardest colors to match for a repaint as it ages subtly and is very susceptible to temperature and humidity when applying. It is the easiest to keep clean though.

Cause silver is not actually a colour, it's a shade of the metal.................

Red looks great in pictures, but I can never quite pull the trigger on this choice. At least part of the reason is what interior color to choose. Don't really like Luxor beige or black or gray, so that leaves me pretty well out of choices. Might be interesting to see black and chalk.

I like the interior and the new tech very much, but the exterior is still a bit "boaty" even though they solved most of the design issues. This car definitly needs to be in dark color!! These colors just does not look right 
. And 21" Turbo wheels are a must.

I love this plain grey color (and i hate silver metallic), guess because it's different and stands out. Maybe also because i have my Cayenne in Sandweiss, an offwhite that was replaced by delivery van white that I don't like on the Cayenne..

In pictures, the darker colors do look better, probably because it makes it look smaller. Maybe, it will look better in colors like GT Silver in person, though.
I can't help wondering, though, if this new style rear light/Porsche logo combo, first on the 718s, now the Panamera, is not simply a device to keep people from removing the "P O R S C H E" logo from the car. Is it the case that this is not easily removed from the rear light strip?

SciFrog:I hope it doesn't make it on the Macan FL and ruin that beauty...
Macan facelift will be part of new Porsche design layout, so expect same elements on Macan facelift like you saw on new Panamera.

PORSCHE lettering is a hark back to tradition a la 356 etc, maybe Im wrong, but in any case its quite unique among other marques and doesn't look cheap - but i suppose thats a matter of personal sensibility. It doesn't matter what we think in any case, thats the new design language
