Nothing wrong with that. Smiley The US flag has always meant a lot to me and many other people around the free world, it always has been a symbol of freedom and a certain lifestyle.

I always believed you lived in France and assumed the picture was taken in Europe.

I have a second home in Vermont and very familiar with their individualism That said, the State is very liberal. Even their Republican governor is on record that he is voting for Biden over Trump. Smiley

We lived in France for several years but are now back in the DC area, probably permanently. Our time in France (Aix en Provence) was absolutely wonderful, but after a while America draws you back.

Nick, we stayed in Vermont mostly in the Warren area, at the Pitcher Inn. Splendid spot.👍

I usually buy/lease new cars, but this year I leased a low mileage certified car (2100 miles). I saved at least $17K off the original owner's cost. The original owner's business was hurt by COVID and he sold it back to the dealer. I am extremely pleased with the car. You might look for the same type of opportunity.

People are afraid that their money is becoming worthless, so they buy cars and art and whatnot. Not everyone trusts stocks and similar stuff.

I have a friend who is an environmentalist, he earns good money (he is a doctor), rides to his work by bike only, drove so far only a Mini and a small VW SUV for the family. He loved camping, had a small RV and so on.

Now he bought a large luxury condo in the Alps (he loves skiing and hiking), it was more expensive than the house he bought here in our region 10 years ago. Smiley He also ordered now a Jaguar F-Type, unfortunately the version with 4-cyl. and 300 hp because it is the most environmentally friendly engine. Smiley He also has a Harley and just added a second one to his stall. Why? He thinks that money will be soon worth nothing and he wants to (suddenly) enjoy life. Smiley

Particularly in the vintage and rare independent watch market from what I can see. Crazy prices in particular for early and discinnued FP Journe pieces.

Do you expect the 992 GTS to have the same turbo motor from the 992 Carrera S as opposed to a N/A motor from the upcoming 992 GT3?

I know it sounds like a stupid question because the 718 GTS got the N/A motor from the GT4.

992GTS will of course use the same Carrera motor instead of the GT motor.

718GTS got the motor from the GT4 simply because the Carrera motor won't fit with the extra plumbing. And the flat 4 turbo will struggle to get up to the required power level and maintain drivability.

There is one still available to retrofit with 450 PS.

I love my C4 S, with sport package and lots of other goodies. But a question for you guys—Is a GTS model, when it comes out next year with maybe 30 or 40 more horsepower, worth it? Can any of you compare a GTS to a CS or C 4S? Thanks.
