That thing looks gorgeous, well done. However for that money, to have the nth version of the same V8, not sure...
I heard the 750LT will be presented in Geneva, around the 400K EUR mark, should be a beast of a car.

Hello track limits
BjoernB:interesting numbers for some cars who's weight is hanging out the back......
McLaren finally solved those Trofeo R tire issues on the 720S.

Most of the cars are already displayed in Geneva . They could have some virtual visits of the stands . Just get a few film crews and have them make a nice presentation for all us . That would also allow the car manufacturer to get something out of the work put into the stands .
What a waist. Just imagining all the cars there , no one to look at them .....

Too much tuning-style for my taste, but certainly "form follows function" to beat everyone on track

Corvette exhaust? With 765 hp and (maybe) a shorter gearing, this thing is going to be a monster (the 720S already is). A little Senna...

Find it really cool and desirable, I'm sure it's a blast to drive. BUT... I think I along with many people am scared of the ownership experience.

For track fun, nothing really beats a GT3/RS. Affordable, reliable, there are tons of aftermarket parts, many experts for adjustments are available, you can't go wrong with a Porsche GT model.
Not sure I would go with a 765LT or even a 720S on the track, these cars are overpowered and are probably only really fun if you are a fantastic driver (or a masochist ).

wow; the rear gets loose in almost every corner Still think, that it's difficult to track these cars. McLaren has a very special understanding about this type of activity and the mandatory services that come with it; which is likely one of the reasons they are a rare sight on a race track - which is a shame
I have to give McLaren one thing: They know how to f.ck with the competition. Today Porsche presented the new 911 Turbo S. Even if I compare it to the 720S only, I think Porsche is way behind in performance and style. I was never a real fan of McLaren but I have to say that McLaren has revolutionized the sports car industry. Lamborghini is lucky that they have that fantastic V10/V12 sound, Porsche is lucky that their GT cars are easily trackable and the Turbo S is the best allrounder super sports cars worldwide and Ferrari is just lucky to be Ferrari but who knows how long their reputation will save them.
Kudos to McLaren. My respect!
