    Solid Black

    A few pictures of solid black and one comparison of basalt.
    This picture with a replica of the Temple of Artemis (Goddess of hunting, wild nature and fertility) in the background, appropriate don't you think?

    Thois is the perfect 997. Best color combo and best looking wheels Those are 19" aren't they?

    [censored] - seeing these non-standard wheels is making me have second thoughts about my choice - looks fantastic.

    BTW, is your rear number plate bigger than normal, or is that just the camera?

    you can always buy those wheels raven, and sell your stock 997 rims to a boxster owner.

    Those are Porsche wheels, not aftermarket.

    i think he means he regrets not ordering the option

    since the C2S comes with those lobster claw rims.

    My number plate is normal size, I think it is the way I have had to compress the file to upload it, later pictures are better as I get the hang of it

    Beautifull pics, but I'd love to see the first two higher quality! How are we supposed to be able to compare colors with pics in which tyres look purplish green?

    Congrats. Your 997S is also amazing!!!.
    If I had the chance to go for any wheels, I'll go for this ones for sure!!!...instead of the base wheels of the S version!.

    If anyone want to swap the base wheels of the S version for those in the pic... pm me !!!!

    Yeah I understand that the wheels are Porsche wheels, I just didn't tick that box. I really like the standard wheels on the S anyway, maybe it's just the familiarity that is putting me off them. I could change my order as I don't get mine until March next year, but I think I'll stick with them.

    Oh, and sorry about the swear word in my post!

    Hey Joost, how come you don't like green tyres, very popular in UK, mainly with people who cannot get Coral Draw to compress their photos properly

    those two photos of the car sin the dealership;

    they really give a good comparison between black and solid black

    personally i like flat black better, no purple undertones, just plain black

    not to mention, easier to repair than the metallic black.

    Send your original pictures to one of the admins, or someone with Photoshop (like me).

    I'd love to seen them with proper colors...
