Mambo isn't new, I built a website for my wife's business with Mambo a while ago but the work hasn't finished yet because there were license problems. Apparently Mambo used some licensed code and that had to change a few things.
Yes, it is powerful but I would be very surprised to see a professional company like Porsche use Mambo for their web design.
