    Amazing how inadequate the pictures are. I'm delighted with the classic 19s. Ended up adding sport chrono and adaptive seats at the last minute and don't regret it. So refined a sports car. Surpasses my wildest hopes.

    Congrats on your new 911! Did you replace the amber side marker light yourself or did you order the clear side marker light from the factory?

    I also like those 19".

    Keep it up!!! . The best thing of those wheels apart from its size, is that its easy to clean them. In the other hand my wheels (base wheels of the S model) are difficult to clean them!!!

    Thanks for the kind words, and to all for advice in specifying the car. I'm enjoying it.

    Our place is in a town called Sherborn, outside of Boston. It's nice to get the car with a couple of months left before the snow falls.

    The side markers are through the mail from Suncoast Porsche. The dealer put them on for me. Huge difference.

    The interior is natural grey, quite dark. I'd recommend considering as an alternative to black.

    Awesome. I'm thinking of cobalt blue or GT silver with natural grey. If possible, could you give us some interior pics of the natural grey? TIA.

    The interior isn't done justice. The carpet looks purplish in the pics; in real life everything's all rich grey tones.

    We had a Norm Abram sighting a few years ago at a restaurant a bit W of here. I thought my wife's reaction was a bit too gleeful. I wonder what he drives.

    Booger, congratulations on your car and thanks for the pics!

    Did you drive the 997 with the std. (Turbo) brakes as well? Did you experience any difference in ride suppleness, handling etc.?
