Mine is around $600 every 6 months, with multi-car, homeowners, long-term, good driver, etc. discounts. Of course this is for Colorado, which is typically a lot less than the coasts...
For comparison, I didn't pay a heck of a lot less than that for my Boxster when it was new, and it was 1/2 the price!
The only problem so far is that many insurers think the 997 S is a Turbo due to the VIN codes. I've told them to update their computers, but luckily in Colorado they don't charge that much more for a Turbo. Apparently in some areas the rates for a Turbo are ridiculous compared to a NA car, even if the prices aren't far off.
