for Ferrari it is a hard decision, continue with the car wich doen't fit VET but LEC or try next year e new design which fits more VET and less LEC.
If LEC continue to be in front of VET - I assume they will shift to LEC and then VET will retire.

It's sad really. and I'm not a Ferrari fan, but I was kinda hoping that Vettel would win tomorrow, and that he'd get his motivation and determination back.
Ferrari have the quickest car. Hopefully it's not on the expense of reliability...

Maybe it will be raining at Spa for the F1 race this year :-)
Too bad for the technical issues in qualifying, Ferrari could have taken a win finally...
I wonder what contracts for pilots/staff/mechanics say on performance bonus. Do they cover cases of 0 race wins in a season?

well the f1 was really nice to watch this time...just take away the ones who are the best...and there is fighting everywhere....mercedes is to good for this sport..they are just the strongest team...just with them having problems..the F1 becomes interestinf again.

I raced in the rain at Hockenheim in a Cup car last year, the brake zone into 15 is notoriously slippery in the wet as pretty much the whole track surface is rubbered up, racers brake 3 wide there routinely in the dry to undercut someone.
Heck, I even started the race on cold slicks on a damp track as well. Great idea from Manthey for a complete rookie............
Cool race, very uncharacteristic for Mercedes to mess up that bad. A deserved podium for Max, Vettel and Kvyat!
Agree regarding the Spa 24h, truly brilliant as well. Kevin Estre was mega!

It always amazes me how "lucky" Hamilton is during race day. Yesterday, when everything went bad for him (bar a crash), it looked as if Bottas (only guy who can potentially challenge Hamilton for the championship) would gain 18 points over Hamilton, but then Bottas crashed just a couple or laps before finish.
Then Raikkonen and Giovinazzi get penalized and Hamilton even gets to extend his championship lead over Bottas to 41 points.

The Belgian endurance classic at Spa was a top race. Fantastic car control in wet conditions and great and daring overtaking manoeuvres. Kevin Estre drove a fantastic race.
...and in the end a Porsche 1-2 against all the GT heavyweights

Agree, good driver but has the luck too. Love to see Mad Max ruffle him up for the rest of the season....

I enjoyed the chaos at the various pit stops, in particular, when Hamilton came in and everybody frantically searched for the right tires - no gloating intended, just that everything in F1 seems to be perfectly trained and organized these days and then, again, it is all about the human factor having to deal with such extreme situations... cool ...
