Talk to your dealer, HE should take care of that. If he can't, you should get a new frontlight on warranty.
Re: Plz help with water/fog in the headlight cover.
It is a very common complaint. One explanation I have heard is that the silica gel desiccant inside the headlight module gets saturated with moisture during shipment and is no longer effective in removing routine moisture buildup. I have no idea if this is true.
Up until now the fix has been to remove the silica gel and dry it out, or replace it. I think this did fix most problems. The new fix though is the subject of a recall, number W424. This recall was just issued last week and the dealers do not yet have parts to effect the repair. I have not read the recall but understand it is specifically for the headlight condensation problem and will involve some new venting arrangement for the headlight module.

Austin: it is true about the silica gel, you can fix it yourself by putting it in the oven and put it back to the headlight. I have heard someone did this and it worked, way before there is a recall.
Re: Plz help with water/fog in the headlight cover.
Yes, everyone can put silica gel in the oven, but not everyone can remove and reinstall the headlight module, which is necessary to get to the gel. It's not THAT difficult, but why not let the dealer do it? It's a warranty item.
Re: Plz help with water/fog in the headlight cover.
What if, while you have it out, you drop it? Or, you leave the dessicant in the oven too long and ruin it? Or ... but you get the idea. No, it's not difficult. But why? This is a warranty item. Let the dealer do it.

Warrantee or no warrantee... its an industry wide problem of them making cheaper lights these days... and it was brought into focus for me just recently.
I had a slight accident about a month ago... rear-ended another car with my 97 boxster... put a big fat hole in my bumper, popped off the headlamp washer cover, and according to the insurance adjuster(cuz to me it looked unscathed) required my left headlight assembly to be replaced.
Well, upon getting my baby back from the body shop I noticed that there was a visible difference between my original lamp(on the right) and this new one... A) the color amber they used then versus the one they use now... VERY different. and B) the 7 year old lamp has ZERO condensation inside... and the brand new one has PLENTY.
someone is cutting corners... and its not just Porsche.
