Has happened quite a few times on both GT4 and GT3- don’t lower the cars below factory spec (makes this more likely).

Unfortunately, the strut towers on 981 and 991 are made of cast aluminum and don't require any Evel Kneivel stunts to do this - just curbs at the track or potholes on the road (particularly in a lowered car)
