    991 Turbo was removed from the German configurator. Does that indicate an early launch ?

    I wouldn't be surprised, the car is basically ready since the 992.1 Turbo won't get the mild hybrid (as far as I heard) but what sense does it make to keep the 991 Turbo in the configurator if you cannot order one anymore?! Smiley

    I guess the mild hybrid makes it into the 992.2 Turbo S then. 

    Do you know if the 650 hp are accurate? I heard 580 and 650 but a German car magazine claimed only 620 for the Turbo S. Smiley

    It depends on how you define available. Delivery of 992 Carrera models will only commence in March/April and of the new 992 Cab in earnest only after the summer break.

    So even if the 992 Turbo is unveiled at the Frankfurt or Paris car shows in Sept/Nov, respectively, (European) customers will not get their cars until the spring of 2020 at the earliest and in other markets considerably later. 

    The time lag between introduction and actual production/delivery is substantial.

    Seriously: Anyone who doesn't want to spend big money on a super sportscar should get one, they are literally "thrown" away right now in Germany, the prices are ridiculously low. So much fun for "little" money, you can't go wrong with this car. My kids loved it, their friends loved it, fantastic car, highly undervalued (I blame Audi marketing).

     worst road car feature ever. My Morgan had titanium ones, had to go to a public bus service center every time I had to loosen them with an industrial drill. Pure crap design.
