I know all the US GT3 cars do not have them . Could it be that EU non club sport also are like the US cars , or not ?

Caution: Not sure how this works in other EU countries but in Germany, this could be a reason to loose the general certification for the car. Huge insurance issues. I know, this sounds stupid but it is how it is.

It was ok and you could retrofit the CS on .1 but not anymore on .2 
, not selected from factory = dodgy drilling required to put it afterwards.

Gnil:Dealer checked it out . Found out that all the cars that have not the Club Sport from factory do not have the reinforced mounts on the body of the car ........

That's correct. The Club Sport package cars has the body from Porsche's race cars, Cup car, GT3R, RSR.
Technically still the same body in white, but with reinforced cage mounting points.
