JoeRockhead:Gorgeous car, very tasteful spec.
I'd even go so far to say perfect.

crayphile:Very wet here today . I can confirm that where the F12 would have fish tailed the 812 Superfast just spins its wheels in a straight line . Having driven another car in the dry last year though I can also confirm the Superfast is an all round upgrade on the F12 - less twitchy steering and power put down very controllably and predictably. At high speeds it also feels much more stable than an F12. Looks are always subjective but I don't think its the prettiest of cars, so I went for a spec that I have had in my mind, but was waiting for the right car to do it on. Nero DS, painted shields and gold wheels. Some subtle dream lines as well. I resisted my normal carbon everywhere tendency and brought it out all to the outside but with a special coarser weave. Some subtle but not overpowering gold accents internally and no carbon but the usual aluminium coloured bits sprayed in matt Nero DS. Some quick iPhone shots, more when its detailed and the weather is better!
Congrats!
Your comparison is F12 Berlinetta or F12 TDF vs 812 ? Because I hear the TDF is a wild animal and is capable of tearing ones head off on the street
Did you by any chance request for P Zero tires or you never bothered to select ? I still can't find a reliable answer as to why very few 812's received the Michelin's, which I believe is the Pilot Sport 4 S
Michelin doesn't have the 812 sizes available, it's still puzzling

The comparison was to the base F12. The TDF has very different handling characteristic and is edge of your pants stuff. I was not allowed to select Michelins this time. Now I know why!

Lovely spec Crayphile, really cool stitching too. Car of the moment IMO, such ballistic performance in a useably package. Love your stitching too!
Only part where it lets down is indeed its looks, could be a bit more elegant.
