    Actually, the decision fell just recently, especially after I realized that the R8 facelift is not what I expected. Smiley Those humongous exhaust pipes (a la RS3 or TT RS) are not my thing, sorry. They just look weird on such a car. The whole car looks now closer to the TT RS than before, not my thing. 

    Also, my decision has been accelerated by the fact that Nov. 30th is the last day to order a specifically optioned car with Lamborghini, actually...Lamborghini just called my dealer to tell him that they need the order today PRONTO. My order has been already submitted, no changes possible.


    And to be honest, there may be just one more thing that influenced your decision positively. Smiley

    No, no Urus for me.

    I like the Urus a lot but it is too expensive and the E63 S is just perfect (and faster Smiley).

    Also, the Urus has a one year delivery time right now, premiums up to 80k EUR over MSRP are paid right now for this car in Germany. Smiley

    This is exactly how my ordered car will look alike, delivery is planned for early May (yes, one of the last, production is end of March or so). I could have gotten one earlier but what for? Makes no sense now.

    I thought so as well but my wife already made complaints that the comfort seats are a bit stiff, so I didn't want to take a risk. We plan some weekend trips in the car next summer and if she complaints all the time that her back hurts... Smiley She is much sportier than me but her back is her achilles heel. Smiley

    I will post a list of my options soon...

    We expect that you'll spend some Track time with the Lamborghini and report. Are you allowed to do that within the Lease Agreement?

    I have some track time all the time Smiley but it is very very difficult to post photos because of the people involved when we hit the track (mostly Austria). I tried a camera but removing the license plates is a pain in the a.., so I ended up with posting a road driving video. Smiley Our (in my humble opinion very exclusive) driving "group" isn't too fond of photos or videos for various reasons I'm afraid. I know how this sounds but one mistake and I'm out. Most of them read Rennteam as well... Smiley 

    With some luck, I could get the chance to pick up my car in Italy but this isn't written in stone yet. Could be a nice (photo) story. Also, I was (already) invited to some Lamborghini events in the past or now (for example a winter driving event in Austria) and this is where lots of photos can be taken but such events are usually not track events, more of a driving safety/training events (they are fun though and don't cost much, wife is always happy for a nice weekend in a luxury hotel with spa Smiley).

    Many congrats, RC - brave move, fantastic sportscar SmileySmileySmiley As you mention track fun with the car: did you try already whether the headroom is sufficient when wearing a helmet ? Was a no go for me in the Gallardo (though I am not a giant for sure) but was somewhat roomier in the Huracan.

    Very wise choice - my friend sais two hours max in the torture seats then anybody needs a break ☝🏻 For me 20 mins were enough to hate them
