Porsche and Audi work very closely together regarding EVs...
Quite aware of that long dated relationship between the two companies and one should have highlighted the main point of the previous post more effectively. It isn’t that Audi is working with Porsche but instead this Porsche related project involves the Audi Sport subsidiary as it was discussed, in the past, that Audi wasn’t working on a direct replacement for the current R8. Is the e-tron GT slated for the Böllinger Höfe facility? That is the greater question.

That clearly is more muted. I heard the same about the Alpina A110 post WLTP, that its engine is not the same anymore, lacking power and response.

Of course it did...this already happened starting with MY 2018 cars... 
I gave my mechanic the explicit order not to connect the Audi "tester" to my car because of possible (secret) software updates (they happened, especially with the RS3 and TT RS). This will be a huge problem though when the next service is due because it requires the "tester" to be connected. Will be interesting... 
Audi seems to have used the sound of the "old" car in their facelift advertisement videos and while the sound from the inside is not much changed, it has changed from the outside.
Right now I am very inclined of getting a Huracan Performante, still not sure if I will do it though, even if I have a good offer. Problem is that November 30th seems to be the deadline for new orders and what comes after that are pre-configured cars which have either too crazy of a color choice for me or are just too "plain" (black). Also, apparently no more new Huracan Performante after March 2019. A new order requires a 17k EUR deposit, which is not refundable if I don't take the car. Used cars are not very attractive either because no matter if I buy or lease, they cost me basically the same as a new car. Bummer.

Problem is: November 30th the last door for an individual order closes. Then, there will be a few cars available early 2019 and that's it. No more Performante. So I need to make a decision soon.
Funny: My wife badly wants me to get one, she says this is my dream car and if I don't get it now, when? At age 60? She is kind of right and I love her for suggesting to get one, you seldom hear that from a wife.

Wife wants Rosso Mars, kids want white, I want Rosso Mars (a bit too flashy, the Ferrari "vibe" kind of puts me off a little bit, red calipers, red stitching/design in the interior) or Nero Nemesis (sinister look, maybe a bit too aggressive, would combine it with yellow calipers and yellow stitching/design in the interior).

I drove the Corsa on my buddy's Spyder Performante and it felt very OK. The car doesn't have the Trofeo standard as far as I know, JFYI.

RC:Mine will be dark..."final" configuration.
Dammit...not possible...Ad Personam paint, costs a whopping 11000 EUR and very likely not available anymore.

Yes, love them. For comfort, I have the E63 S (a customer just returned his to my dealer because he hated the AMG shells...too uncomfortable...I love them).

RC- Seems like you are leaning to a matte paint on the Lambo, how is the upkeep/maintenance on the matte paint on the E63? Is it something that takes a lot of work/looking after? Did you PPF, but I am guessing on a lease is it worth the outlay.
