Does your Cay TT use more oil than gas too?
Another 1k miles, another 1 qt of oil. It used 1 qt in the first 2k, the 1 qt per every add'l 1k until the present 5k miles. Throw in the obnoxious hesitation issue together with the fact one remote control hasn't worked worth a schit since new plus the steering wheel shake on the highway and this thing is quickly starting to look like something other than the $100k top of the line sport SUV. No wonder Porsche's customer satisfaction and reliability has plummetted since the introduction of this truck. My 01 996 has been near flawless during my four years of ownership. I have to admit the build quality and "bugs" inherent in this new product (TT Cay) was a factor in my cancelling the CGT order (also a new product). If they can't (or are unwilling) to solve the problems with this high production vehicle, I'm skeptical about their ability to do so with the lower production ones. And with the clutch and ride hieght issues (at least in the U.S.), such a fix would be nice.
PS. Have the poorly designed covers for the 12V recepticles in the back of your Cayenne both broken off too yet?
