OK fellow Porsche Nuts, I have just been told by my dealer that my '09 TT will likely be delivered tomorrow. If true, I will post pic's tomorrow.

Mucho congrats! Please take care not to scrape your baby's front lip on the way out of the dealership -- angle, angle, angle. It WILL happen sooner or later, but don't do it on the first day; it hurts too much.
In reality, I think a lot of the scrapings also come from that piece of rubber/soft plastic shield underneath the car, in front of the front wheels, and that's totally acceptable. So not all scrapes are, or have to be, painful, just so you know.

Thanks! I ordered the front lip painted so it will hurt that much more. PCNA charges $585 for that option. I probably could have order two extras from Suncoast and had all three painted for that price. Live and learn...

I've had several Porsche's since 1995. All have been customized after the initial short drive period. i think I know where to go this time. Thanks for your great post.
Oh yeah.... I'll be careful on the lip if I can. I'll be so excited after waiting since April that I probably will just not be able to contain myself!

So, my dealer just called and the 2009 997TT's completed Pre-Delivery Inspection and MSRP stickers have been printed for the cars at the San Diego port. Cars will be leaving the San Diego port starting today. Apparently the California emissions issues have been resolved. Just more confirmation of what Eric the Plug Guy yesterday.
