That happened last year with the GT2 program, public claims of poor support from Porsche... Teams defected to the Ferrari GT2 program (e.g. Tafel), thinking it the grass might be greener. While the F430 dominated GT2 in 2007, that did not happen in 2008.
I'd be very surprised if Dyson left Porsche for 2009, unless for some reason Porsche does not provide factory support for the RS Spyder program. Would be very interesting to see some drivers like Patrick Long driving for Dyson in 2009.
