    Some pictures of a 997 GT2 that I took

    My local dealership has a Basalt Black 997 GT2 available and I couldn't resist taking some pictures. She's a beauty, that's for sure!

    Before you ask, no, that front plate wasn't screwed on. They put it on with double sided tape.

    very nice thx...imo the white deviated stitching looks way better than the other colors...remember the sea blue/white awhile back

    They're asking $279,995 for this particular model. A bit overpriced I think.

    I'm using a Nikon D3 with the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens.

    They're asking $230,000 at my dealership for what appears similarly equipped. Atlas grey. $30K markup.

    It was sold today. So I guess there are those with deep pockets that really want a car even at this price. No, it wasn't me that bought it. I'm not willing to spend that much over MSRP.

    Advice on posting multiple pics in same post as you have, Just starting with this and is "painfull" posting each separately.

    I'm using Mac with Aperature 2.0 with D3 also.

    Link your pictures hosted from a external photo hosting site (Photobucket, Flickr...) this will allow you to post multiple pics in one post.

    Market is still strong, but buyers are bailing on orders and they are moving to other dealerships to sell. I bet the car didn't go for $280k, cause if it did, mine is now for sale.
