Agreed, unless you are very well known - don't expect the F dealers to be tripping over themselves to be helping you.

Speaking for myself I can tell you this. My car is pickup by a flat bed truck and taken in for service if needed. I select a time for pick up and usually they are there at that time. I even receive a call from Ferrari asking whether my car was picked up and if so were they on time. It does not cost me anything.
The car is serviced, washed and returned by truck to my door step again w/o cost.
I have over 13,000 miles on my car and the recent service was for my 15,000 maintenance. My total cost for servicing the car since delivery on dec. 2005 is $2500.
