Seeing how metallic colors show off the lines & how blue suits it, I think this color from Scuderia, 'avio metallico' would look STUNNING on the California.
IMO the California needs a color which HIDES the lines. Black. Or even better, the new Carrozzeria special paint "stealth cloak"

Btw, Rossi, my expectations not too high anymore for the FI42.. Sad but true. I think Lambo's next VI2 will be Reventon-stunning..
Don't say that shin, you ruin all my expectations.
You're absolutely right, LP560-4 is the car to beat. I hope Maranello gets it right.
Sorry.. no foul intention there Rossi. I still hope FI42 will look good. Hope they look at the LP560-4 real good.. it's so compact, yet so stunning..

If Ferrari wouldn't do this California the next F430 would be less hardcore = not good
And when there wouldn't be a high-volume Calfornia, they would need to sell a lot more F142 = not good
If the California would look awesome and extreme, there wouldn't be much room for the F142 left = not good
Well, you see, I'm trying to see the silver lining.

@BiTurbo. Lightwight yes - but manual shift... I think you will never see a manual shift any more. The new double-clutch shift systems are working very fast and efficient. The manual shift is a relict from the history (unfortunatley - i love them too).
